The Cardinal Group was a consortium of award-winning Port Alberni businesses owned by Archie and Shirley Cardinal. The organization included Handy Andy Rentals, TKS Hydraulics, Slammers Gym, and The Italian Hall Events Centre. In September of 2021, The Cardinal Group was restructured so that management could focus on expanding its star performer, DBA Silencing.
